Thursday, August 14th from 6pm- 7:30pm:

Restore harmony in your body and mind with a Chakra Balancing Yoga class (60min), designed to align your energy through gentle movement and intention. Complete your journey with a deeply relaxing sound bath (30min) that soothes the senses and promotes inner peace. (90 min total) Space is limited! Sign up below.

What to bring: yoga mat, water bottle, wear comfortable clothing and dress for the weather. Option to bring a pen and notebook.
