Teacher Appreciation Event: FREE for Central Oregon Educators

We’re kicking off Teacher Appreciation Week with something truly special — a FREE Yoga and Sound Bath experience created just for Central Oregon’s amazing educators! Whether you teach preschoolers or high school, this evening is dedicated to you — a chance to rest, recover, and restore your energy.

Teachers give endlessly — guiding, supporting, and inspiring others every day. But it’s just as important to pause and refill your own cup. This gentle yoga (for all levels and abilities), breathwork and immersive sound journey offers space to release stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself. This event is free and open to all teachers in Central Oregon, pre-K to 12. Tea and socializing by the firepit to follow.

Come unwind, breathe deeply, and let us celebrate everything you do for your students and community. You deserve it! 

Bring: A yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing to do gentle yoga in.
