A joyful afternoon of fun and exploration! Our Yoga, Music, and Movement class is the perfect place for kids to unwind after school, stretch and wiggle, and connect with others. Whether you're learning to balance like a flamingo, bend like a monkey, or move like a spider, each session is packed with playful poses, fun games, music and a mindfulness themed art project at the end! Each week covers a different theme with age-appropriate activities. Perfect for kids 5 to 8 years (K – 2nd grade), this class blends yoga, creative movement, and mindfulness, helping your child build strength, flexibility, and focus. So let’s roll out our mats, take a deep breath, and have some fun! Please fill out the form below to sign up and reserve your child’s place in the after-school yoga, music, and movement class.

No yoga experience is necessary and all supplies will be provided. Just have your child come to school in comfortable clothing! 

Payment will be collected on the first day of class. Cash, Check, or Venmo accepted.

What to bring? Everything needed for the class will be supplied, even a yoga mat. Have your child wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement.

About Lisa: Hi! I am a Montessori teacher with almost 2 decades of experience teaching in the classroom.  I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and Sound Healer, and Certified in YogaCalm for children.  I am so excited to bring this class to Desert Sky.
