Class/Event Description: Enjoy a gentle Yoga Class and Sound Bath, set under candlelight and experience release and relaxation. Combined with sound healing, you will leave full of tranquility and at ease. Located at the Hanai Center on the east side of Bend. This is an all-levels class (no prior yoga experience needed) to release tension and reset. We will start with gentle yoga and then settle in for a soothing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other instruments. Sign up now, classes fill fast!
Bring: Yoga mat, small pillow. Optional: Blanket, eye mask/ eye pillow. Wear comfortable clothing for doing yoga in.
