LIABILITY WAIVER *

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily enrolled to participate in yoga classes, sound bath sessions, and related wellness activities offered by Lisa Tynan of Step Into Stillness. I understand that participating in yoga, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and other wellness practices involves physical movement and sensory stimulation and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional discomfort, or other health complications. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my participation and to ensure that I am physically and mentally fit to engage in the activities. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in these activities. RELEASE OF LIABILITY I agree to fully release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Step Into Stillness, its owners, instructors and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, or liability of any kind arising out of or connected with my participation, including claims resulting from the negligence of the Step Into Stillness or its instructors.
